This is a great opportunity to work in the Commercial Airplanes South Carolina Design Center as an Employee Development Specialist supporting the development of our Mechanical and Structural Technical community.
Primary Responsibilities:
Conducts learning requirements analysis and establishes learning objectives.
Designs and develops course content and instructional materials.
Tests delivery environment and establishes system access requirements.
Delivers content and assesses effectiveness based on learning objectives.
Conducts customer workplace coaching sessions to improve individual or group performance.
Deploys development tools and monitors implementation and performance outcomes.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the North Charleston SC location.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
3 years of experience in coaching instructing or as an employee development specialist
3 years of experience in designing and employing technical or leadership development courseware and/or curriculum
3 years of experience developing tools or methods that monitor implementation and performance outcomes
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Advanced education (e.g. PhD) in the Learning & Development Organizational/Leadership Excellence Organizational Development or similar
5 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
5 years of experience in coaching instructing or as an employee development specialist
5 years of experience in designing and employing technical or leadership development courseware and/or curriculum
5 years of experience developing tools or methods that monitor implementation and performance outcomes
Experience developing implementing and instructing training material related to aerospace applications
Active participation in industry technical organizations such as CMH-17 AIAA ASME etc

Summary Pay Range for Senior: $106250- $143750
