Employee Benefits Account Manager

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is responsible for managing employee benefits accounts while delivering exceptional client service and supporting overall operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong employee benefits experience a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.

• Manage a portfolio of employee benefits clients ensuring high levels of service and client satisfaction.

• Handle quoting renewals marketing binding and policy servicing activities for employee benefits accounts.

• Serve as a trusted resource for clients regarding benefit plans coverage options and ongoing service needs.

• Coordinate with carriers vendors and internal team members to ensure timely and accurate account management.

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation within agency management software.

• Support client retention efforts through proactive communication and relationship management.

• Assist with resolving client issues and addressing coverage-related questions.

• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflows and service standards.

• Holds an active L&H (Life and Health) insurance license.

• Minimum of 3-4 years of employee benefits account management experience.

• Experience using EPIC is preferred.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.

• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

• Salary: $84000 - $94000 annually based on experience.
