• Salary Range: $80000 - $120000 commensurate with experience.
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package.
• Work Arrangement: Onsite to start with the potential for a hybrid schedule (1-2 days remote per week) after training.
• Travel: Occasional travel required approximately once every other month for open enrollment meetings or client visits.

• Manage a portfolio of 15 self-funded accounts with group sizes ranging from 50 to 2000 lives.
• Provide consultative support to clients including compliance guidance claims resolution and assistance with RFPs.
• Coordinate and lead enrollment meetings implementation processes and client onboarding.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Quote and manage new and renewal business opportunities.
• Utilize Employee Navigator software to manage client accounts and streamline processes.
• Travel as needed for client visits and open enrollment meetings.

• Licensure: Active Life & Health (L&H) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in employee benefits preferably in an agency or employer setting.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to improving processes.
• Language: Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Employee Navigator or similar software is preferred.
• Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team environment.
