Employee Benefits Account Executive

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Executive to join a growing team. This role is responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of employee benefits accounts providing exceptional client service and collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized benefits solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong employee benefits background excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage a portfolio of employee benefits accounts including both fully insured and self-funded programs.

• Collaborate with internal teams to support new business and renewal marketing efforts.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing strategic guidance and ongoing account support.

• Partner with account managers producers and other team members to ensure a high level of client service.

• Stay current on industry trends carrier offerings and regulatory developments impacting employee benefits programs.

• Participate in client meetings presentations and strategy discussions as needed.

• Identify opportunities to enhance client benefit programs and deliver tailored solutions.

• Active 215 License required.

• 5 years of employee benefits experience required.

• Experience with self-funded plans is preferred but not required.

• Experience with agency management software is preferred.

• Bilingual Spanish proficiency is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal communication and relationship management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

• Base Salary: $105000 - $120000 annually depending on experience.
