Job Summary

The position of EMHS Case Manager will provide psychosocial rehabilitation services service coordination and monitoring to participants in the Enhanced Mental Health Services (EMHS) docket.

Minimum Education: Bachelors degree

Defined Education: Health or Human Services

Acceptable Degrees Include: Applied Behavior Analysis Child Development Counseling Early Childhood Education Early Childhood Intervention Educational Psychology Gerontology Human Growth and Development Medicine Nursing Physician Assistant Psychology Registered Nurse Rehabilitation and Rehab Studies Social Work Sociology Special Education

Substitutions: Bachelors degree with at least 30 hours of behavioral health coursework.

Required License(s): Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
