Since our opening in April 2020 we have rapidly grown into a leading hospital respected for delivering cutting-edge Emergency Internal Medicine and Surgery services to the pets and families of Clarksville and its neighboring regions. Our ER Immerse Mentees enjoy training both in house and with the multitude of specialists in our sister location in Nashville Nashville Veterinary Specialists. This collaborative partnership allows for seamless access to specialized services and consultations enriching our ability to provide a multidisciplinary approach to patient care. Our group has growing internship and mentorship programs; many of which transition into emergency doctors fostering a truly supportive learning environment.
Our 8500 square-foot facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology including on-site CT digital radiography ultrasound echocardiography laparoscopy endoscopy cystoscopy and electrodiagnostics. We are deeply committed to environmental sustainability and actively support our community through volunteer initiatives.

The Ethos ER Immerse Training Program
TheER Immerse Programwill prepare veterinarians for a sustainable and satisfying career in emergency medicine. Built from the ground up to be different than traditional rotating internship programs theERiprogram has been developed around a curriculum of core competencies essential for an emergency addition to providing training around clinical knowledge and skills the program also includes a focus on client and team member communication professional skills and life/work integration.
The ER Immerse programutilizesa hybrid training approach incorporating simulation-based didactic components into authentic training experiences with live patients. The curriculum is designed using an evidence-based strategyidentifyingcompetencies and skillsdeemedessential for a successful career as an emergency clinician.

Work authorization in the United States is a requirement for the position. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship by the company but candidates eligible for TN status may be considered.
Program Duration/Commitment
- 6 month training program beginning June or July 2027
- 1 year commitment as an ER clinician at CVES following training
