• Respond to emergency losses including fire water mold trauma vehicle impacts and other property damage situations
• Lead mitigation projects from initial response through completion
• Manage multiple customers projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Participate in an after-hours and on-call rotation schedule
• Serve as the daily on-site contact for customers ensuring clear communication and exceptional customer service throughout the project
• Run and supervise crews of 3 or more team members
• Oversee and perform labor tasks including controlled demolition and debris removal
• Ensure workmanship quality and compliance with Paul Davis standards and safety guidelines
• Operate and oversee the use of drying and restoration equipment including dehumidifiers air movers HEPA filtration equipment and other remediation tools
• Assess damage and restorability of customer contents and manage pack-outs cleaning inventory and documentation within budget
• Monitor drying progress and provide accurate documentation to customers insurance carriers and other stakeholders
• Drive company vehicles trucks trailers and other equipment as needed
• Maintain a professional presence while supporting customers during difficult situations
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Active IICRC WRT certification required; ASD certification preferred (AMRT and FSRT certifications are a plus)
• 3 years of experience as a Mitigation Restoration Project Manager handling water fire and mold losses
• Strong desire to help others during challenging and emotional situations
• Ability to effectively manage multiple jobs customers crews and timelines at once
• Comfortable working independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team
• Ability to self-manage prioritize tasks and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to participate in an after-hours/on-call rotation
• Strong leadership communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid drivers license with the ability to pass a motor vehicle report
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift a minimum of 75 pounds climb ladders and work in confined spaces
• Willingness to work in fire smoke mold water damage and other hazardous environments (PPE provided by Paul Davis)
• Ability to pass a DOL physical
