• Manage water fire smoke mold odor remediation and other emergency restoration projects from start to finish.
• Schedule and coordinate technicians subcontractors equipment and materials.
• Perform site visits and monitor project progress.
• Maintain daily communication with customers insurance adjusters office staff and referral partners.
• Ensure all job documentation moisture readings photographs and job notes are completed accurately and on time.
• Prepare estimates work orders and complete job files.
• Submit project billing and invoicing promptly following project completion.
• Monitor production costs labor equipment utilization and job profitability.
• Maintain company equipment vehicles and warehouse standards.
• Ensure compliance with IICRC standards and company safety policies.
• Coach and support field technicians while promoting a positive team culture.
• Deliver a five-star customer experience on every project.

• Restoration industry experience preferred.
• Experience managing water mitigation fire/smoke restoration mold remediation or similar emergency services.
• IICRC Certifications (WRT ASD AMRT FSRT) preferred but not required.
• Experience with Xactimate is preferred.
• Strong organizational communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and customer-first attitude.
• Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lead by example while holding yourself and others accountable.

• Keep projects moving without unnecessary delays.
• Complete documentation and invoices in a timely manner.
• Communicate proactively with customers office staff and field technicians.
• Maintain organized profitable projects.
• Support their crews while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Take ownership of results and continuously look for ways to improve operations.
