We are seeking a high-energy dependable and driven Emergency Service / Fire Responder to serve as the frontline face of Paul Davis this critical role you will monitor and respond immediately to local fire notifications arrive on-site to assist property owners during a time of crisis and successfully secure the property to become our clients trusted restoration contractor.
- Rapid Response: Monitor active emergency dispatches and fire notifications to respond immediately 24/7/365 to active fire scenes within our territory.
- Client Advocacy & Sales: Compassionately engage with affected property owners tenants and first responders on-scene. Present Paul Davis Restorations capabilities to position our franchise as the preferred restoration contractor.
- Contract Execution: Guide stressed property owners through the initial paperwork securing signed work authorizations and work orders on-site.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with local fire departments police and emergency management personnel.
- Structural Board-Up: Once first responders deem the structure safe to enter/work on secure the propertys perimeter by boarding up broken windows doors and damaged walls to prevent trespassing theft or further weather damage.
- Roof Tarping: Safely access and tarp damaged roofs to prevent subsequent water intrusion.
- Site Safety: Implement initial safety controls on-site (e.g. hazard taping temporary fencing basic structural stabilization checks) in accordance with OSHA guidelines.
- Documentation: Utilize industry-specific mobile applications to document property conditions with high-quality photos and detailed notes for the estimating team.

- This is not an office job or a standard route sales role. This is a 24/7 emergency response position. You will actively respond to live fire dispatches secure the contract with property owners in crisis and then immediately throw up a ladder to board up the property and tarp the roof yourself. If you hate heights ladders or getting your hands dirty please do not apply.
- Franchise restoration construction/home improvement and/or insurance industry experience a plus
- Able to perform basic carpentry skills to secure a home
