Pay Rate: $102/hr
Contract: 12 weeks
Schedule: Night Shift 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
Total Working Hours per week: 32 hours
Experience: Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Registered Nurse Emergency Room for a 12-week night shift assignment in Frisco Texas. This role is ideal for an ER nurse who can provide patient-focused care triage patients effectively and work confidently in a fast-paced emergency care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for acutely ill or injured patients

• Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care

• Triage and prioritize patients based on acuity and available resources

• Monitor document and communicate patient condition accurately

• Collaborate with physicians and clinical team members for coordinated care

• Assist with patient transfers discharges and emergency interventions

• Provide basic respiratory support including oxygen therapy pulse oximetry capnography and nebulized treatments

• Follow facility policies safety standards and Texas nursing regulations

Requirements

• Active Texas Registered Nurse license or compact RN license required

• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department RN experience required

• Current BLS certification required

• Current ACLS and PALS required

• Strong critical thinking communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work independently in urgent and emergency situations

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Must be able to maintain composure during high-stress clinical situations
