  • Collects patient data based on diagnosis age and/or developmental age. Analyzes data collected.
  • Plans and prioritizes individualized care based on the assessment utilizing nursing diagnosis including teaching and discharge needs of the patient and family and sets outcome goals in coordination with other disciplines.
  • Ensures that the patient/family participates in the plan of care as able and that plan of care addresses age-specific and cultural needs.
  • Implements appropriate standards based on assessment.
  • Prioritizes and organizes care within the allotted time frames.
  • Coordinates discharge steps or ensures appropriate referral to address timely appropriate discharge needs.

We are offering a $5000 Sign On Bonus to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.

Job Requirements

  • 1 year of RN experience in the Emergency Department or Critical Care
  • Active Registered Nurse license in the State of California
  • Basic Life Support - CPR from the American Heart Association
  • ACLS from the American Heart Association
  • PALS from the American Heart Association

Preferred

  • Bachelors Of Science (BSN)
