Duties & Responsibilities

Provide 24-hour in-house emergency department coverage
Manage acute patient presentations with an average volume of 25 patients per day
Perform emergency procedures and stabilize patients for admission or transfer
Collaborate with nursing staff (2 RNs day shift 2 RNs night shift 1 RN mid-shift)
Coordinate transfers to UPHS Marquette for higher level of care when needed
