Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide 24-hour in-house emergency department coverage
  • Manage acute patient presentations with an average volume of 25 patients per day
  • Perform emergency procedures and stabilize patients for admission or transfer
  • Collaborate with nursing staff (2 RNs day shift 2 RNs night shift 1 RN mid-shift)
  • Coordinate transfers to UPHS Marquette for higher level of care when needed
