Job Overview

Responsibilities include budget management resource utilization recruitment and staff management quality performance monitoring and coordination with system departments. The role also performs Call Center Staff Nurse duties as needed and ensures quality outcomes and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee 24-hour call center operations and staffing
Manage budgeting and resource allocation
Recruit supervise and evaluate staff performance
Ensure quality and performance improvement initiatives
Maintain collaboration with internal departments and leadership
Monitor service quality and operational efficiency
Perform staff nurse duties when required
Support equipment procurement and operational readiness

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Nursing required (Masters preferred)
Active Texas RN license required
5 years acute care experience required
3 5 years progressive management experience preferred
Strong leadership and hospital operations background
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a high-responsibility 24/7 environment
