What Youll Do
Works under the direction of a Registered Nurse Physician Assistant Nurse Practitioner or Physician. Collaborates with Emergency Department other departments and healthcare team to ensure quality patient care is provided. Serves as a member of the trauma/code/sepsis/stroke team.
- Obtainspatient vitals and EKG orders and obtains labs starts IVs assists with patient care work flow.
- Transports and rooms patients answers phones/emails
- Communicates efficiently with Emergency Department members and other departments hospitals dispatch etc.
- Performs a variety of tasks and other duties as assigned.
Who Were Looking For
- Training in any and/or all of the following classes Paramedic basic EMT training Medical Assistant Certified Nurse Assistant.
- Must have current American Heart Association BLS certification upon hire and maintain current status throughout GRHD employment.
- A minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role is preferred.
What We Offer
- Pay Range: $20.43 - $29.76/hour (based on experience)
- Shift Differentials:$2$4/hour for nights and weekends
- PRN Differential: 10% differential in addition to base rate salary
