Compensation and amp; Benefits
Salary: $30.00 $52.00 USD/hour (based on experience)
$25000 USD Sign-On Bonus

Key Responsibilities
Provide emergency nursing care to patients with a wide range of medical conditions and acuity levels.
Perform rapid patient assessments and develop appropriate nursing care plans.
Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changes in clinical status.
Administer medications treatments and emergency interventions safely.
Collaborate with physicians specialists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow patient safety standards.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance emergency care delivery.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing)
NCLEX-RN Passed
Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department nursing experience
Strong critical thinking and emergency care skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Citizenship from USA Canada Australia Chile or Mexico
