Job Summary
At RushOrderTees we help customers bring their ideas to life on apparel theyll actually love wearing. Were looking for an Embroidery Machine Operator to join our production team and help create high-quality embroidered products for customers across the country.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with machinery pays attention to the details and takes pride in producing great work.
What Youll Do
- Set up and operate commercial embroidery machines
- Load garments thread machines and prepare jobs for production
- Monitor embroidery runs to ensure quality and accuracy
- Inspect finished products and identify any issues before orders move forward
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Keep work areas organized and production moving efficiently
- Work closely with teammates to meet daily production goals
What Were Looking For
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced production environment
- Comfortable learning and operating production equipment
- Reliable punctual and team-oriented
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Previous embroidery experience is a plus but were happy to train the right person
Bonus Points
- Experience with commercial embroidery machines (Tajima Barudan SWF etc.)
- Apparel decoration or print production experience
- Basic troubleshooting or mechanical aptitude
