HEKA is hiring Software Engineers to join our fast-paced highly collaborative engineering teams working on advanced aerospace defense and embedded systems. Core Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain embedded and systems-level software
Work closely with electrical mechanical and systems engineers in a tightly integrated development environment
Contribute to avionics control and mission-critical software stacks
Support rapid development cycles prototyping testing and iteration
Take ownership of technical decisions and deliverables

Desired Skills & Experience
Required

Software development Experience with C/C C# Python
Understanding of Engineering Process

Strongly Preferred

Embedded C/C RTOS low-level systems
Ability to architect software systems
Strong software fundamentals and engineering discipline

Nice to Have

Avionics or aerospace systems experience
Control systems guidance or GNC exposure
Desktop software development
