ELINT Analyst SME

We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedELINTAnalyst to join our team atLackland AFB supporting the363rdISR Wing (363 ISRW). Thecontractorwill play a critical role inprovidingtimelyELINTin support of363 ISRWs analysisandtargeting missionareas. This position requiresproficiencyinELINTand other non-kinetic analysisand the ability to work in a fast-paced mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• ProvidetimelyTechnical ELINT analysis produce actionable intelligence products and perform product management and disseminationaligned with 363 ISRW analytical mission requirements and intermediate target development.

• Provide non-kinetic analysis to include Cyber EW and Technical ELINT to support 363 ISRW requirements and associated mission partners.

• Perform independent quality control of technical information engineering and intelligence studies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cyber analysis into target development and operational planning.

• Ensure compliance with all security protocols policies and regulatory requirements.

• Some travel may be(15%).

Required Qualifications:

• Experience Level: Minimum of 16 years w/o a degree or 14 years with AS/AA or 12 years with BS/BA; or 10 years with MS/MA; or 8 years with Ph.D.

• Technical Expertise:

• ProficiencyinELINT analysis and providing actional intelligence reporting.

• Understanding of ELINTs role in analyzing threatcapabilities andtargeting criticaladversary vulnerabilities.

• Skills:

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing reports and collaborating with teams.

• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure mission-critical environment.

• Security Clearance:ActiveTop Secret/SCIclearance is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supportingthe363 ISRWor similar ISR organizations.
• Completion of a commercial military or U.S. GovernmentELINTtraining courseor specialized certification.

• Knowledge ofELINTsystems tools and methodologies.

• Familiarity with Air Force cybersecurity policies and procedures.

• Prior experience mentoring or training junior analysts.
