ELEVATOR OPERATOR

Duties include but not limited to:

-Invoice analysis - Curing of vendor submitted invoices documents issue a certificate of acceptance
-Forward to field Supervisor of Elevator Mechanic for final review/amendments which confirms what work was and was not performed.
-Vendor outreach - email correspondence phone communication
-Data storage - uploading invoices (share drive spread sheets Amended invoice tracker) physical copying & filing.
