Qualifications:

1. High school graduate.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with public staff and students.
3. Ability to manage/prioritize/complete work assignments from multiple sources in a timely fashion.
4. Strong oral communication skills including the ability to deal with confidential material.
5. Excellent phone communication skills.
6. Creative problem-solver
7. Team oriented.
8. Experience with Microsoft Office Excel & Campuspreferred.
9. Demonstrated experience and proficiency working with a culturally ethnically racially and socioeconomically diverse school community is preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for answering telephones and parent/student contact.
2. Responsible for processing student attendance and census information.
3. General secretarial duties as needed.
4. Other duties as assigned.

Compensation / Benefits:
RAVE Clerical Association ï½ Wage Group IV: $22.42 - $25.18 Hourly-According to contractual agreement (based on 2026-27 contract)
