• An earned masters degree from an accredited institution in School Counseling Counselor Education or a related field.
• Valid Florida Department of Education Certification in School Counseling.
• Ability to work with diverse groups.
• Effective interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.

Works with students school leaders district leaders teachers staff parents and/or guardians and the community to improve the academic college/career and personal development of all students.

Light work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds of force as frequently as needed to move objects.

Salary and benefits shall be paid consistent with the Districts approved compensation plan. Length of the work year and hours of employment shall be those established by the School Board.
