KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Service Superstars: Greet guests and team members with warmth and professionalism ensuring every interaction is memorable. Maintain a sharp appearance by following uniform and grooming standards and commit to reliable attendance to support smooth hotel operations.
• Guest Assistance Experts: Load and unload luggage assist with check-ins and check-outs escort guests to rooms open and close cab doors and deliver messages packages or flowers as needed.
• Local Resource Guides: Stay updated on area attractions events and transportation options provide maps and directions and keep the lobby reader board and entrance area clean and welcoming.
• Driving Professionals: Keep the van clean inside and out transport guests on scheduled runs and showcase hotel rooms and amenities when requested.
• Team Players: Support guest services by answering the console helping with room changes and jumping in for other duties as needed. Always follow company policies and safety standards to maintain a safe efficient environment.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred; hotel or related experience a plus.
• Valid state drivers license and acceptable driving record required; at least one year of driving experience.
• Strong communication quick decision-making and ability to stay composed under pressure.
