JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Patient Demographics: 50% Adult 50% Geriatric
- Average Daily Volume: 5 IP 15-20 OP
- Case Mix: Electrophysiology (ablations ICD pacemaker cardioversions TEEs)
- % Outpatient vs Inpatient: 60/40
- EMR System: Epic
- Credentialing Timeline: 2 weeks

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Board: BC in Cardiology
- Licenses: Active IN license IMLC or eligibility to apply
- Experience: Minimum 5 years postresidency
- Others: Completed fellowship in Cardiology/EP
- Perform EP procedures including ablations ICD implantations pacemaker insertions cardioversions and TEEs.
- Provide both inpatient and outpatient care for adult and geriatric patients.
- Manage a patient volume of approximately 5 inpatients and 1520 clinic patients per day.
- Collaborate with support staff and utilize Epic EMR for documentation.
- Maintain a nocall schedule with weekday clinic and hospital rounding.
