As an Electronic Technician you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and reliability of electronic devices and systems in various ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics with the ability to assemble install maintain and repair electronic equipment and install test troubleshoot and repair electronic components circuits and systems according to technical manuals schematics and preventive maintenance and calibration of electronic equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and and evaluate electronic equipment components and systems to identify defects malfunctions or areas for and resolve electronic issues using diagnostic tools test equipment and specialized faulty components solder connections and wiring to restore electronic equipment and systems to operational functional and performance testing of electronic devices and systems to verify proper operation and adherence to work performed including repairs modifications and maintenance activities using electronic records and with engineers technicians and other professionals to develop solutions and improvements for electronic systems and safety protocols procedures and regulations to maintain a safe working environment and prevent accidents and and SkillsAssociate degree or certification in Electronics Technology Electrical Engineering Technology or a related field is experience as an Electronic Technician or a similar role with a solid understanding of electronic principles components and -on experience with electronic testing equipment oscilloscopes multimeters soldering tools and diagnostic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex electronic systems and identify root causes of to read and interpret technical manuals schematics and diagrams hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling small electronic components and performing intricate communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts and procedures to non-technical to detail and a commitment to quality with the ability to perform precise and accurate to adhere to safety protocols wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow established safety Physical Demands & Safety Awareness:Balfour Beatty Rail Total Power Group is committed to excellent Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) performance as an integral part of its service and business activities.
