Job Summary
The CEMA department at Leidos is seeking a entry-level Electronic Warfare (EW) Engineer in Lawton OK to support the design development test and integration of Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) electronic support (ES) systems and techniques including RF sensing and signal collection jamming characterization and signal processing under the guidance of senior engineering this role you will work with a multidisciplinary team of engineers to analyze friendly and threat systems and develop solutions that support our customers mission objectives.

Primary Responsibilities
- Support the design development and test of SIGINT electronic support (ES) systems subsystems and algorithms.
- Assist with analysis of RF/EW threat systems and development of detection techniques and technologies.
- Perform data collection reduction and analysis in support of test campaigns.
- Support system integration troubleshooting verification and validation testing of RF hardware and software under senior engineering supervision.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation test plans and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams (RF signal processing software) to assist in delivering integrated solutions.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering Electronic Engineering or related STEM field.
- Basic understanding of RF/Microwave theory digital signal processing (DSP) and antenna fundamentals.
- Familiar with laboratory equipment (spectrum analyzers signal generators Oscilloscopes).
- Familiar with SDRs.
- Familiar with GNU Radio Sceptre RedHawk.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python.
- Familiar with object-oriented programing in C.
- Have good written verbal and presentation skills.
- Must be living in or be willing to relocate to Lawton OK or surrounding area.
- Must be willing to travel approx. 25% each year.
- Candidate must be a US Citizen and have ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant coursework internship or capstone project in EW RF systems or signal processing.
- Experience with Window Linux (Ubuntu or Red Hat).
