Job Summary: The Electrical Assembler III performs complex electrical and electromechanical integration for large-scale systems used in data center applications. Working from electrical schematics wiring diagrams engineering drawings bills of materials and general build requirements this role determines the appropriate sequence and methods needed to complete advanced system-level assemblies with limited detailed instruction or Electrical Assembler typically works within a team of 24 technicians to integrate control panels power distribution components motors pumps sensors wiring harnesses and other electrical devices into large form-factor equipment. This role performs advanced troubleshooting testing rework and assembly verification to ensure completed systems meet safety quality engineering and customer specifications. Duties and Responsibilities: Assemble wire route terminate and integrate complex electrical and electromechanical systems according to engineering specifications and customer within teams of 2-4 technicians to complete large-scale equipment builds and electrical electrical schematics wiring diagrams bills of materials and engineering documentation with limited and connect control panels motors sensors switches relays terminal blocks power distribution components and associated electrical testing continuity verification troubleshooting and rework activities as and resolve assembly wiring and integration issues while maintaining quality and workmanship prototype pilot and new product introduction (NPI) builds as accurate production testing and material traceability hand tools power tools torque tools crimping equipment and electrical test equipment safely and continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a clean organized and safe work to all company safety quality and security other duties as : Minimum five (5) years of experience in electrical assembly control panel wiring industrial electrical systems HVAC controls electromechanical assembly or a related field performing complex electrical integrations and system-level assemblies to read and interpret electrical schematics wiring diagrams engineering drawings and technical with electrical testing equipment wire termination cable routing crimping and problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with limited computer skills and ability to work within manufacturing systems and to work effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented manufacturing to stand walk bend and perform repetitive tasks for up to 1012 hours with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation; mechanical lifting devices and team lifts may be utilized as needed.
