Own Engine Program(s)

o i.e. QSK95 Uprate

Train up from July September

Lead Program Oct.

Lead Controls Coordination Meeting

Attend other relevant meetings

Provide Updates for Software Design Review Leader

Base Controls Calibration Integration Tuning and Validation

o Coordinate and Integrate calibrations from Subsystem Teams

o Coordinate with Test Team

o Coordinate with Electronic Systems Integration Team to Release Software/Calibrations at E/D/L/P Phase.

Bench Testing

Notes:

A Hands-On position including ECM Software Calibration & Tuning (Insite Calterm CDM) Validation (Bench (Digital SIL HIL)) Test Cell (Engine) possibly Field Testing architectural diagrams technical documentation etc. Would report to me and be a Controls Lead for an

Engine Platform and/or Program and complete all the VPI/LPD Controls Technical Tasks. This would be either 100% of time or 80% in which would Lead multiple engine programs (Platform Leader/Engine Displacement) and 20% directing supporting team members on programs to ensure meeting tasks/schedule. The supporting team members would likely not be direct reports but directed by me to support programs as a Controls Assistant TPL.

Hoping to find qualified persons to start in July and need minimal training to be Hands-On Controls Leads for VPI/LPD programs starting late September / early October.

I would expect them to be equivalent to SG25 or thereabouts.

This position would not be remote. Said person would need to be in the office at least 3 days a week on average and probably more in the first several months.
