The Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) has an opening for an Electronic Business Project Manager to join an amazing team with incredible meaningful work and work/life balance. DEQ is seeking a driven Electronic Business Project Manager to play a critical role at the intersection of environmental strategy and technical this role you will lead a complex software development initiative that aligns DEQs agency goals with IT solutions. Collaborating closely with key internal stakeholders and the Division of Technology Services (DTS) you will turn a DEQ strategic priority into operational reality.
This is a full-time time-limited position with an anticipated duration of approximately three years. Current DEQ employees are encouraged to apply as this role is eligible for consideration under the Career Mobility Program.
Key Responsibilities Example of Tasks The ideal candidate will have IT and project management (PM) experience with knowledge of DEQ or environmental permit process. The candidate will be an excellent communicator detail oriented extremely organized and have strong leadership skills with systems-level thinking.
