We are seeking an experienced Electromechanical Technician to troubleshoot repair rebuild and test industrial electrical and mechanical equipment onsite in Corpus Christi TX.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical equipment failures
- Troubleshoot AC/DC motors motor controls VFDs sensors and electrical components
- Disassemble inspect repair and reassemble electromechanical equipment
- Replace bearings seals motor leads switches fans and related components
- Perform electrical testing and mechanical inspections
- Read schematics wiring diagrams blueprints and technical manuals
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Document repairs testing and maintenance activities
Qualifications
- Experience with industrial electromechanical equipment electric motors controls or industrial maintenance
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting ability
- Experience using electrical testing equipment and precision measuring tools
- Mechatronics electromechanical electrical or technical training preferred
