The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $35 to $40 an hour at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location education experience knowledge and skills.

• Repair and maintain Material Handling Equipment (MHE) including tasks such as belt tracking component adjustment/replacement and component lubrication.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines documentation and procedures to ensure efficient equipment performance.
• Use electrical test equipment to troubleshoot and repair electrical circuitry.
• Construct and complete work orders within the asset management system recording in-depth data on labor hours equipment maintenance and parts employed.
• Troubleshoot conveyance issues and figure out resources needed to resolve them successfully.
• Locate and track spare parts inventory to ensure minimal downtime.
• Perform complex maintenance and equipment testing to ensure all systems meet strict specifications.
• Assist with training customers to confidently operate equipment.
• Respond promptly to service calls and address equipment failures and faults accurately.
• Identify problems as they occur and take appropriate steps to resolve them efficiently.

• High School diploma or equivalent experience required. An Associates degree or vocational technical training is preferred and specialized skill training/certification is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrates a senior-level knowledge possessing 5-7 years of experience in a technical or specialty area.
• Proven experience in area of responsibility with a successful track record of performing the key tasks listed above.
• Strong customer-facing skills maintaining professional communication through email and in-person interactions with onsite customer leadership Dematic leadership and technicians.
• Ability to lead projects manage teams and direct day-to-day operations and tasks for the onsite maintenance team.
• Physical ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds each.
• Regular bending lifting stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the head.
• Occasionally push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds.
• Capability to climb ladders and gangways safely and without limitations.
• Must be comfortable working in different conditions such as tight spaces dust fumes/odors hot/cold temperatures loud noises and wet or uneven surfaces.
