The base pay range for this role is estimated to be$to $an hourat the time of posting. Final compensation willbedeterminedbyvarious factorssuch as work location education experience knowledge and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
What you will do in this role:
Repair and maintenance ofMaterial Handling Equipment (MHE)including belt trackingcomponentadjustment/replacementcomponentlubrication etc.
Complete preventative maintenance routines documentation andprocedures.
Create and close work orders intoassetmanagement system withappropriate datato includelabor hours equipment maintenance and partsused.
Troubleshoot basic conveyance problems and understand the resources toresolve them.
Locate and track spare parts from inventory.
Respond to basic service calls and correct equipment failures and faults.
Identifyproblems as they occur and takeappropriate stepsto solve them.
Develop andmaintainpositive working relationships across all levels of theorganizations.
What We Are Looking For
High Schooldiploma or equivalent required.Typicallyvocational technicaltrainingpreferred.
Demonstratea basicmechanical knowledge of a technical or specialty area.
Proven experience inareaof responsibility and successful demonstration ofposition and key responsibilities as presented above.
Able to lift and move material up to 50 pounds each
Regular bending liftingstretchingand reaching both below the waist andabove the head
Occasionally push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100pounds
Have functional dexterity in both hands and wrists
Able to climb ladders and gangways safely and without limitation
Working conditions may include small spaces dust fumes/odors hot/coldtemperatures inside/outside noise vibration standing on concrete for longhours and wet or uneven surfaces
Must be able to stand/walk for up to 1012 hours
