- Perform precise mold changeovers.
- Troubleshoot electrical pneumatic hydraulic and mechanical systems using diagrams OEM manuals and engineering specs.
- Disassemble/replace faulty parts with hoists hand tools and power tools; assess form/texture to validate wear.
- Measure and verify tolerances with rules calipers and micrometers.
- Execute preventive maintenance and thorough cleaning on equipment.
- Maintain strict compliance with OSHA Federal Local and plant safety standards.
- Apply hands-on knowledge of plant utilities like chillers and compressors.
- Report mold/equipment defects to leadership promptly.
- Document actions anomalies and follow-ups to ensure seamless shift-to-shift continuity.
- Complete assigned training requirements.
- Support additional maintenance tasks as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent plus technical training.
- Minimum 4 years in a maintenance mechanic/technician role within manufacturing.
- Forklift operation experience.
- Clear English communication (written/verbal) and computer literacy for documentation.
- Personally supplied maintenance tools.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Availability for overtime including weekends as required.

The reasonable hourly range for this position is $26.00$28.00. Final compensation is determined by a variety of factors such as your skills experience training certifications/licensure and current business needs. It is uncommon for offers to land at the top of the range; each decision reflects the specifics of the case.
