Electrician

We specialize in residential plumbing and HVAC services delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. We are now looking to add an electrical department to our team. Full-time set weekday schedule.

• Perform electrical service repairs and installations for residential jobs (running circuits lighting panels and code-compliant upgrades).
• Inspect repair upgrade and replace electrical panels and service equipment.
• Conduct comprehensive electrical inspections for safety and code compliance in residential homes identifying issues like outdated panels wiring problems and grounding deficiencies.
• Diagnose electrical problems using multimeters and appropriate tools.
• Excellent communication with customers.
• Ensure all work strictly complies with current Oregon electrical codes and PDX Electrics high standards for safety quality and professionalism.
• Maintain clean organized job sites; provide excellent customer service; accurately document work performed; and support our commitment to transparent upfront communication with every customer.
• Support other departments on their jobs requiring electrical support.

• Valid drivers license
• Current Oregon Journeyman Electrician License
• 5 years of residential electrical experience
• Solid knowledge of residential electrical systems wiring methods panels and current Oregon electrical codes
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent internal and external communication
