Qualifications:

ELECTRICIAN II

• High school graduate or equivalent
• At least 3 years of related commercial and industrial electrical maintenance experience
• Varied electrical and mechanical experience
• Proven understanding of electrical system components and theory
• Ability to read and understand mechanical electrical and equipment drawings
• Ideally youll also have:
• Trade school or technical program diploma

Youll grow your expertise to help your team succeed in the safe and time-critical operation maintenance and repair of mission-essential electrical equipment and components including low-voltage and medium-voltage systems such as chillers variable frequency drives (VFD) emergency generators uninterrupted power supply (UPS) panel boards branch panels motor control centers and related facilities equipment.

Youll contribute to the success of our program with efficient preventive maintenance and effective solutions to complex challenges that may arise in our clients state-of-the-art facilities. Most importantly youll take action to ensure the safety health and well-being of your team and our planet.

The physical and environmental demands required to perform the essential duties of this position include standing walking sitting coordination balance and agility demands which may include the ability to stoop kneel squat grasp reach and perform repetitive hand movements. Additional demands may involve a specific level of dexterity grip strength climbing and cardiorespiratory demands. The work areas may be indoors or outdoors and have loud noise active machinery high-pressure fluid systems electrical equipment confined spaces heights and depths fumes airborne particles noxious gases and chemicals. The use of appropriate safety equipment will be mandatory in these areas to prevent hazardous contact.
