Allegiance Industries is looking for an experienced and technically savvy Electrician Foreman to join our Electrical Division.

Description

The Electrician Foreman is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of a team of electricians working onCommercial andIndustrial electrical installations maintenance and repair projects. This role ensures all electrical work is completed safely efficiently and in compliance with applicable codes company standards and project specifications. The foreman serves as a working leader providing both hands-on electrical work and leadership to the crew. This position will provide a rate of $32 to $45 hour depending on skills & experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and direct a team of electricians and apprentices on industrial job sites or within a facility.
  • Plan schedule and assign tasks to crew members based on project requirements.
  • Coordinate with project managers engineers and other trades to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.
  • Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) OSHA safety standards and company policies.
  • Interpret blueprints schematics and technical documents to guide electrical installations and maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues related to industrial equipment motors panels and control systems.
  • Manage inventory of tools materials and equipment and ensure their proper use and maintenance.
  • Conduct safety meetings job hazard assessments and ensure proper use of PPE and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
  • Train mentor and evaluate performance of junior electricians and apprentices.
  • Complete job reports timesheets and other documentation accurately and on time.

Qualifications
  • At least 3 years offoremanexperience in the electrical trade

  • Understanding of electric power engineering

  • Field experience coordinating with construction management
