Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Install commission troubleshoot and maintain UPS PDU power products and battery systems (2-120 KVA).
- Provide on-site and remote customer support.
- Perform preventive and emergency maintenance.
- Complete service reports inventory tracking and administrative documentation.
- Follow safety procedures and meet customer response-time requirements.
Requirements:
- ASEET/AMEET certification or equivalent technical training preferred.
- 4 years military technical experience OR 2 years industry experience.
- Knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and test equipment.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and service software.
- Valid drivers license required.
