Job Summary
Overview: Senior Electrician needed for industrial facilities to perform electrical installation maintenance and troubleshooting. This is a potential contract-to-hire opportunity. Schedule: MondayFriday 8am5pm On-call rotation (1 of 5) Key Responsibilities: Perform electrical installations maintenance and repairs Work with HVAC lighting generators UPS transfer switches and building automation systems Troubleshoot electrical and facility systems Conduct inspections and ensure safety compliance Train and support maintenance staff Requirements: Licensed electrician (or willing to obtain soon) 3 years of building maintenance experience Knowledge of electrical HVAC and automation systems Strong understanding of safety practices Preferred: Experience with VFD installation Familiarity with CMMS BMS and fire/life safety systems Experience training or leading teams
