This role focuses on EV battery systems power distribution thermal management and vehiclelevel electrical performance ensuring products meet safety reliability and regulatory requirements. You will develop and execute validation test plans perform handson electrical and vehicle testing collect and analyze data using industrystandard DAQ tools and work closely with design engineering to resolve issues and improve system performance.

This is a Temp-to-Perm position required to be fully On-site.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university
35 years of electrical validation or testing experience in automotive EV or manufacturing environments
Handson experience with electrical testing troubleshooting and data acquisition
Proficiency with engineering tools such as: MATLAB / Simulink AutoCAD Electrical SolidWorks Electrical Microsoft Office
