Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Electrical Tester Associate to support our manufacturing operations ensuring the highest standards of quality in wiring and industrial control assemblies. You will be the technical expert responsible for functional testing troubleshooting and executing precision builds in a fast-paced environment. If you possess a strong understanding of industrial control wiring experience working with live voltage and the commitment to maintain engineering best practices this is your platform to drive operational excellence in a critical production role.

Key Responsibilities

• Testing & Quality: Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to complete functional testing of wired components and ETO assemblies; promote best practices regarding wiring and standard design.

• Operational Execution: Execute released builds in an orderly manner ensuring all materials tools and equipment are available and functioning.

• Troubleshooting & Support: Troubleshoot and program to ensure proper functionality; identify and document errors in drawings or production orders for engineering improvement.

• Technical Compliance: Verify wiring and components per BOMs and Schematics; determine proper wire types and sizes for various amperages.

• Assembly & Maintenance: Perform wire harness assembly wiring of industrial control panels and assist with TPM (Total Preventative Maintenance) and CNC machine operations as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

• Technical Mastery: Strong understanding of Industrial Control wiring and experience working with live voltage.

• Problem Solving: Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues with wiring and control apparatuses to determine root causes.

• Communication: Strong problem-solving organizational and communication skills to coordinate effectively with team leaders and supervision.
