How Youll Make an Impact

• Perform electrical testing of dry-type transformers in accordance with UL IEEE IEC and other applicable standards.
• Support production and R&D testing activities while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.
• Accurately document test procedures data and results.
• Troubleshoot test setups and assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering quality and manufacturing teams to optimize product performance.
• Support customer visits audits and inspections during testing activities.
• Provide flexible support to other production areas as business needs require.
• Work independently while contributing to team goals and operational excellence.

Your Background

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Associate degree or technical certificate in Electrical Technology or a related field.
• Experience using electrical instrumentation measurement systems and technical documentation.
• Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with transformer technology low- and medium-voltage power systems or international testing standards is preferred.
