ESSENTIALDUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES:

Studieselectricaldrawingsandspecificationstoplanproceduresforconstructiononbasisofstartingandcompletiontimesandonstaffingrequirementsforeachphaseofconstruction.

Coordinateswithmembersoforganization(supervisoryclericaldraftingandmanufacturing)throughouttheproject.

Ordersprocurementoftoolsandmaterialstobedeliveredatspecifiedtimestoconformtoworkschedules.

Conferswithanddirectssupervisorypersonnelandsubcontractorsengagedinplanningandexecutingworkproceduresinterpretingspecificationsinterpretingcontractrequirementsandcoordinatingvariousphasesofconstructiontopreventdelays.

Conferswithsupervisoryandengineeringpersonnelandinspectorsandsuppliersofequipmenttoolsandmaterialstoresolveconstructionproblemsandimproveconstructionmethods.

Inspectsworkinprogresstoensurethatworkmanshipconformstospecificationscodesandtheadherencetoconstructionschedules.

Preparesandreviewsreportsonprogressmaterialsusedandcostsandadjustsworkschedulesasindicatedbyreports.
