What Youll Do:

• Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections of residential electrical systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance safety and reliability and communicate recommendations to homeowners.
• Educate customers on available services maintenance plans and electrical system enhancements.
• Build trust with homeowners through professional communication and exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections maintenance activities and customer recommendations.
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure work is completed in compliance with applicable codes and company standards.
• Support team and departmental goals through professionalism customer satisfaction and quality workmanship.

What Youll Need:

• 1 years of experience in electrical maintenance construction trades or a related field preferred (training provided for the right candidate).
• Outgoing customer-focused personality with the ability to build rapport and influence purchasing decisions.
• Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort discussing recommended services maintenance agreements and system upgrades with homeowners.
• Desire to learn and develop technical and sales skills in a residential service environment.
• Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must be 21 or older
• Commitment to safety professionalism and delivering exceptional customer experience.
