Electrical Service Technician (Licensed) $4000 Sign-On Bonus

Location: Field-Based Role (Serving Western NC)

What Youll Do

Youll work in a field-based service role supporting residential and light commercial customers:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues
• Perform repairs upgrades and installations (panels wiring lighting generators etc.)
• Inspect test and repair systems to ensure safety and compliance
• Create estimates complete work orders and collect payments
• Operate independently or with a partner in a company-provided vehicle
• Deliver professional high-quality customer service on every job

What Were Looking For

Required:

• Valid North Carolina Electrical License
• 15 years field experience including 10 years in service work
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
• Customer-facing communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with digital work orders and invoicing systems
• Knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC) and NFPA 70E

Preferred:

• Experience leading or mentoring other electricians
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
