Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager / Estimator to join a growing team supporting commercial and light industrial projects across the Pacific Northwest. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment where they can both win work and successfully deliver it.

You will play a critical role in bidding securing and managing electrical projects from start to finish while collaborating closely with clients field teams and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive electrical estimates and bids
• Manage projects from kickoff through closeout
• Coordinate with clients subcontractors and internal teams
• Oversee project schedules budgets and execution
• Track costs materials procurement and forecasting
• Solve job site challenges and keep projects on track

Qualifications

• 5 years of electrical estimating and project management experience
• Proven ability to estimate projects between $1M$10M
• Strong electrical background in commercial or light industrial work
• Experience with tools such as Procore Accubid Bluebeam and Excel
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• up to $155000 base salary
