Key Responsibilities:
- Lead electrical engineering projects managing the entire lifecycle from design to installation.
- Design and develop electrical systems and components for packaging equipment.
- Perform machine testing troubleshooting and ensure equipment meets customer specifications.
- Program and implement control systems including PLC HMI and motion controls with a focus on Allen Bradley and Siemens systems.
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments to ensure the successful integration of electrical designs.
- Maintain detailed electrical documentation including schematics panel layouts and BOMs.
- Provide technical support during the installation startup and commissioning of equipment.
- Collaborate with customers vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and align project goals.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering particularly in packaging equipment.
- Strong experience in PLC/HMI programming specifically with Allen Bradley and Siemens.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in Eplan AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Work Environment:
- Occasional travel required for project commissioning.
- Collaborative work environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
