Electrical Project Executive

Scope of Work:The Project Executive is a dynamic and innovative construction leader with a strong background in electrical systems. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage large-scale construction projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. This role requires exceptional leadership project management and technical expertise in construction Responsibilities:Project Management:Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion including planning design execution monitoring and Systems Oversight:Ensure the integration and implementation of electrical systems meet project specifications safety standards and regulatory and Cost Control:Develop and manage project budgets monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving measures without compromising Leadership:Supervise and coordinate the efforts of project teams including architects engineers contractors and Communication:Maintain effective communication with clients stakeholders and team members providing regular updates on project status risks and Assurance:Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed industry standards and client Management:Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and :Ensure all project activities comply with local state and federal regulations as well as company policies and Qualifications:Education:Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Construction Management or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management with a focus on electrical systems data center or mission critical work. Managing jobs greater than $50 :PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification is highly Skills:Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project Primavera) AutoCAD and electrical design Skills:Strong leadership and team management abilities with a proven track record of successfully leading large-scale construction Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with diverse -Solving:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under to Detail:High level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
