We are seeking a motivated and dependable Electrical Helper to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in developing their skills in the electrical trade while contributing to various construction and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn work safely and support our experienced electricians in completing high-quality work efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed electricians with installation maintenance and repair of electrical systems
- Prepare work sites by gathering tools materials and equipment needed for electrical tasks
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist in pulling wire installing conduit and mounting electrical components
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support electricians in troubleshooting electrical issues and testing systems
- Follow instructions and work under supervision to complete assigned tasks
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and tools preferred
- 1 to 3 years of experience in electrical construction maintenance or a related trade.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Good physical condition and ability to perform manual labor
- Reliable punctual and able to work in a team environment
- Valid drivers license is a plus
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record
- 1 to 3 years of experience in electrical construction maintenance or a related trade.
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and perform physically demanding work
Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
