• ReviewZohoordesignateddatabasefornewbidrequests
• Provideexcellentcustomerservicethroughouttheprojectlifecycle
• Evaluatelabormaterialsandsubcontractorservicesneededforrepairsorimprovements
• Preparefairandaccuratecostanalysesandpricingproposals

Estimator/ProjectManager PreferredQualifications

• Strongbackgroundincommercialconstructionestimating(3years)
• Excellentcommunicationandorganizationalskills
• Abilitytomanagemultipleprojectsanddeadlines
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
