Position Highlights:

  • Openings Available: Hiring 4 Experienced Winders immediately
  • Location: Corpus Christi TX (Relocation required)
  • Pay Rate: $24.00 to $34.00 per hour depending on experience (DOE)
  • Additional Pay: Overtime opportunities available
  • Schedule: Full-Time Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Position Overview:
The Electric Motor Winder Technician is responsible for diagnosing repairing and rewinding various types of electromechanical equipment and industrial this role you will review technical work orders and specifications across multiple simultaneous projects. You will utilize your deep knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems industrial machinery and specialized tools to ensure the smooth reliable operation of critical industrial Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose troubleshoot and repair diverse electromechanical equipment and industrial motors.
  • Review and interpret detailed work orders blueprints schematics and technical specifications.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks across multiple simultaneous repair and rewinding projects.
  • Disassemble industrial motors evaluate internal components and identify root causes of mechanical or electrical failure.
  • Strip measure manufacture and install new copper coils and insulation materials.
  • Operate specialized trade tools machinery and testing equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean organized and safe workshop environment.

Requirements Education and Experience:

  • Work Authorization: Must show valid eligibility to work in the U.S.A.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Core Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in an industrial setting.
  • Winding Expertise: 5 years of relevant motor winding experience is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of industrial electromechanical motor repair with a proven ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Excellent hands-on mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Communication: Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with customers supervisors and shop staff.
  • Tools: Must possess and maintain basic hand tools necessary to complete daily tasks in this trade.
