Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Multimedia Developer / eLearning Developer to design develop and implement engaging online learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in instructional design multimedia development LMS administration and eLearning authoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive eLearning modules and assessments.

• Create multimedia content educational videos and microlearning solutions.

• Perform quality assurance testing and troubleshoot learning modules.

• Upload and maintain courses within LMS platforms.

• Develop training materials including manuals brochures flyers and graphics.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts on learning initiatives.

• Research and recommend emerging learning technologies and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree required.

• Minimum 2 years of eLearning development experience.

• Experience with instructional design and LMS deployment.

• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline Articulate Studio Adobe Captivate Photoshop Audacity and Camtasia.

• Experience with PeopleSoft ELM and LMS administration.

• Strong multimedia development and content creation skills.

• Excellent English communication skills.
